Treatment Approach

I have a certification in grief counseling, am polyvagal theory-informed, and have helped individuals feel safe in working through traumas. Exploring your childhood attachment style, as well as generational cycles can lead to "aha" moments in sessions. My healing approaches could include attachment theory, grief/loss exploration, ACEs and resilience questionnaires, ACT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, polyvagal theory-explores the nervous system and the body's response to stress, automatic negative thoughts exercises, as well as others depending on the individual. My client focus is adults 18 and older.
